Are you an active-duty service member or a family member interested in the DoD Skillbridge Program? At Degy, we are proud to offer a comprehensive program designed to support our military members during their transition to civilian careers. We participate in the Skillbridge initiative, providing valuable opportunities for service members to gain hands-on experience.
Our Skillbridge program supports 90 days up to the full 180 day program. Program participation is unique to each applicant, so please let us know your tentative start and end date when you apply and we will work with you! It is a fully-remote internship program and anyone is eligible to apply for one of the following teams: Booking & Sales, Marketing, Special Projects, Major Event Operation, and Roster Operations.

Interested service members can ask questions about participation by contacting their installation SkillBridge point of contact; the SkillBridge POC may be in the transition assistance office, education office, or other installation support office. Additional information about how to start the process and your services specific guidance for applying to SkillBridge may be found in How to Participate.
The interested service member must gain approval from his or her unit commander. Specifically, the service member must seek approval from the first commander in his or her chain of command in the pay grade of O-4 or above.
