Job Summary:
As a Horizon Producer, you will be responsible for working closely with partners, internal stake hodlers, and third-party developers to bring ideas to life in Horizon Worlds. You will oversee the development and launch of new worlds, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, creativity, and user engagement. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with talented developers, shape the metaverse entertainment landscape, and contribute to the growth of Horizon Worlds.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with third-party developers to conceptualize, design, and develop new Horizon Worlds experiences
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful launches
Provide creative feedback and guidance to developers to enhance world quality and user engagement
Coordinate with internal teams, including art, audio, and QA, to ensure seamless integration and high-quality output
Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues to management as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform development decisions
Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform future development and optimization strategies
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in game production, project management, or a related field
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to launch
Strong understanding of game development pipelines, including design, art, audio, and QA
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with remote teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and inform development decisions
Familiarity with Horizon Worlds and the metaverse entertainment landscape
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, game development, business administration)
Nice to have:
Experience with Unity or other game engines
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)
