Senior Specialist, Total Rewards (Equity) - Fixed-Term

We are on the lookout for a Senior Specialist, Total Rewards (Equity) - Fixed-term to join the Total Rewards team for up to 6 months on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

With each initiative you support, you’ll be building a positive culture that fuels innovation, teamwork, and a sense of belonging across our global organization.

• Support the development and implementation of the Delivery Hero’s Reward philosophy and strategy, for our Berlin Headquarters, and in over 70 countries

• Support the transition to a new equity administration platform from a project and change management perspective

• Manage our global Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP) and Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP), in particular LTIP grants, ESPP enrolments, stock option exercise windows, RSU releases and global compliance

• Ensure data accuracy and smooth process flows in the equity administration platform and our HRIS (Workday) 

• Play an important role in decision-making and in finding innovative solutions to complex challenges utilizing data, facts and trends

• Work closely with the Legal and Finance teams, as well as with the extended Total Rewards and People global network

• You have 3+ years experience of managing equity, compensation, global mobility or broader HR programs

• You are familiar working with, or interest to learn how to work, in a product-driven team and organization

• You have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to adapt communication style across the business

• You have strong analytical, project management and/or data analysis skills (e.g., MS Excel or Google Sheet)

• You are driven by the idea of building an ‘amazing Reward experience’ and ideally have experience managing platform migrations

• Excellent communication skills in English, and you are ideally an expert in training and explaining Reward to employees
