As a Senior Vendor Communication & CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing the communication strategy for sellers across 18 markets (Foodpanda, Foodora, and Yemeksepeti). Your goal is to ensure sellers become fully autonomous on the platform by providing them with the right information at the right time.
This role requires strong project management skills as you will oversee a large-scale rollout across 18 countries. You will own CRM communication, build a vendor community, and manage training materials to empower sellers and foster engagement.
Your mission:
1. CRM Communication
Define and execute the CRM communication strategy for sellers.
Select the right channels, timing, and segmentation per market.
Develop engaging email, in-app notifications, and multi-channel campaigns.
Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize communication performance.
2. Vendor Community Development
Build and nurture a vendor community through events and engagement initiatives.
Own the Vendor University, the training platform that trains vendors on operational processes, ensuring content remains relevant and impactful.
Collaborate with the Vendor Operations team to address pain points with tailored solutions.
3. Training material (vendor university)
Maintain and expand the vendor training materials in the Vendor Portal.
Develop structured learning paths, from onboarding to advanced optimization.
Work with Product, Operations, and Vendor Support teams to align content with business goals.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and translators to create high-quality content in multiple formats and languages.
4. Impact Measurement & Optimization
Ensure sellers are aware of available resources and actively use training materials.
Continuously analyze engagement data and improve content based on feedback.
Your Heroic skills:
4+ years of experience in project management and running effective CRM campaigns.
Having prior experience in a CRM tools would be a plus (like salesforce, braze, insider), platforms (HubSpot,, Braze, Mailchimp) and LMS systems is a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset—this is a new initiative, requiring ownership and proactivity.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
