Talent Management Intern

Job Summary: The Denver Broncos Football Club is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Management Intern to join our People Team. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Report Generation, and Process Improvement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about HR operations, data-driven decision-making, and enhancing employee experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Talent Management Support

• Assist in the coordination and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the administration of performance management processes, including feedback collection and goal tracking.
• Maintain and update talent-related databases and reports.

Talent Acquisition Support

• Help manage job postings and candidate tracking in Greenhouse ATS.
• Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics.
• Participate in sourcing and recruitment outreach efforts, including college recruiting initiatives.

Report Generation & Data Analysis

• Generate and analyze Talent-related reports to support decision-making.
• Track key metrics related to hiring, employee engagement, and retention.
• Assist in creating dashboards and presentations for HR leadership.

Process Improvement & HR Operations

• Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and propose enhancements.
• Assist in refining standardized recruitment workflows and best practices.
• Support HR systems administration, data integrity, and compliance efforts.

Contributes to the team effort by performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Resume and references
• Must be currently enrolled in a four-year college or university or have completed a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• 3 months – 1 year of relevant experience/training

Preferred Skills & Ability 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR technology, data-driven insights, and process optimization.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS (Greenhouse), or reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $18.81/hour.
