We are seeking a Junior QA to join our mid-sized team of developers and managers, working on a cutting-edge project that involves managing game development art assets (2D, 3D, animations, etc.) and integrating AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage test cases and scripts for various testing phases, including functional, regression, integration, and load testing.
- Perform manual testing to validate software functionality.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA team members to understand requirements, ensure effective communication, and achieve software quality goals.
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test cases, test results, and procedures.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools, providing clear and detailed descriptions.
- Analyze user feedback and application recordings (internal and external) to identify potential bugs or usability issues.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain test environments and test data necessary for execution.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Frontend/Backend testing.
- Knowledge of testing theory, approaches, and methodologies.
- Functional testing experience (e.g., regression, integration, UAT, smoke, etc.).
- Ability to create and maintain testing documentation, including test cases (e.g., requirements gathering, test reports, test cases).
- Experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
- SQL knowledge and experience with databases (a plus).
- Experience in reading logs (e.g., Sentry, Kibana).
- Upper-intermediate spoken and written English.
