Digital Scientists is a leading technology consultancy specializing in MVP development, healthcare solutions, and digital transformation; headquartered in Alpharetta, GA. We provide expertise in building and designing customized digital products for business clients in a variety of industries including healthcare technology, Ecommerce, social marketing, and new ventures.
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy for both our agency plus key client SaaS products, including the Never Alone Telehealth platform (neveralone.com) and Tinyspark, a social marketing application solution (loveTinyspark.com). You will be a great fit if you enjoy a combination of both strategic and tactical digital marketing for start-up software services.
This is a full time Independent Contractor role for an individual who can split their time effectively between working remotely from home and working in our downtown Alpharetta office, allowing for a flexible work schedule between remote tasks and in-person workplace collaboration.
Responsibilities
This critical role is an opportunity to lead all B2B and B2C marketing efforts; provide clarity of each of our SaaS products’ differential value in order to attract and qualify potential clients. You’ll wear multiple hats: promoting Digital Scientists’ expertise in MVP development and digital transformation while also managing the product marketing strategies for our client solutions.
Agency Marketing Leadership
- Create compelling case studies and success stories from our client work
- Support business development efforts with high-quality marketing materials and presentation decks
- Position Digital Scientists as a thought leader in healthcare technology & digital innovation
- Manage, coordinate and delegate tasks with an offshore Marketing Coordinator and marketing vendors
- Drive adherence, maintenance, and marketing activities through Pipedrive & Hubspot CRM’s
SaaS Product Marketing
- Lead product marketing strategies for key client products, including Never Alone and Tinyspark
- Develop distinct value propositions and messaging frameworks for each product, while maintaining alignment with Digital Scientists’ expertise
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure marketing execution aligns with their business objectives
- Create and maintain product marketing calendars and content strategies
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Create, execute and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple channels
- Determine and develop targeted ABM strategies for enterprise healthcare prospect
- Establish and track KPIs for both agency and client marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs
- Drive qualified leads for both Digital Scientists and our client products
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends across healthcare technology, social marketing & digital transformation
- Conduct competitive analysis for both agency services and client products
- Provide strategic insights to inform product development & marketing strategies
- Track and analyze market opportunities for new service offerings
Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop thought leadership content highlighting Digital Scientists’ expertise
- Create product collateral, white papers, and case studies
- Manage content calendar across agency and client needs
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to produce technical content
- Drive content strategy for Digital Scientists’ blog and social channels
- Report directly to the CEO, and work closely with the COO
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, with 3 years min in agency or consulting firm
- Proven track record in B2B demand generation with demonstrable pipeline impact
- Experience marketing customized client services and software products
- Understanding of healthcare technology, marketing technology and digital transformation
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Data-driven approach to marketing strategy and execution
- Ability to understand the challenges and opportunities driving awareness and adoption of new tools across growing businesses
- Exceptional time management with detail orientation will be required to balance multiple products, services and workstreams
- Ability to work 3 - 4 days per week in the office, on a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare technology or telehealth marketing
- Background in social media marketing or MarTech
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience with both agency and client-side marketing
- Knowledge of MVP development and software development life cycle
- Great downtown Alpharetta location with unique shops, restaurants, and events.
