What’s the opportunity? 


We are looking for an experienced Project Specialist to join our team, with a particular focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility (ESG) projects. This person will be responsible for supporting and managing various projects, including ESG-related initiatives, ensuring the company meets its sustainability and social responsibility goals. 


What will I be doing?
  • Support the Regulatory Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects.
  • Focus on ESG projects, developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment and achievement of objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects, including ESG initiatives.
  • Conduct environmental and social impact assessments and analyses.
  • Stay updated with best practices and trends in sustainability and ESG.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.


What skills do I need?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ESG or sustainability projects.
  • Experience in the Fintech industry.
  • Deep knowledge of ESG regulations and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
