Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Pt. Pleasant, United States. As an Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving team performance to achieve our business goals.

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high standards of performance and customer service
  • Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and perform daily cash reconciliations
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies for improving efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in retail or food service industry

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and basic math skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and generating reports
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is a plus)
  • MUST HAVE DOMINOS OR PIZZERIA EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
