Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients in need of roadside assistance.
• Assess customer needs and coordinate timely service delivery with appropriate providers.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the assistance process.
• Document all customer interactions and service requests accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with service partners to ensure high standards of service and response times.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Familiarity with automotive systems and roadside assistance processes is advantageous.
• Must be based in Athens and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
