DoorDash is looking for top talent to play a pivotal role in growing our business in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand! We are looking for someone who is excited about joining a fast-paced environment and driving our next wave of growth.
We are hiring a Senior Associate for our Dasher Logistics team in Canada to focus on managing the supply of Dashers on the road. Dashers form the backbone of the business and we want them to be delivering goodness when we need them and where we need them. We’d want the incoming individual to focus on achieving supply goals (having sufficient Dashers on the road to complete outstanding deliveries everywhere at all times in the most cost-efficient manner) in all markets across Canada while focusing on cost and efficiency. Doing so efficiently helps DoorDash deliver food with the best quality in the fastest time possible. In this role, you will work on initiatives that range from forecasting, mobilizing Dashers by using incentives, quarterly/annual planning and managing live operations during severe weather events and holidays. The work you do will identify massive quality and cost improvements that will directly impact our ability to grow our marketplace businesses. You will use a significant degree of data skills, quantitative analyses and analytical thinking to drive impact. You will work with cross-functional partners across marketing, finance, analytics, product and engineering to deliver results. We operate in a hybrid model, and our office is located in downtown Toronto.
