DrBalcony is on the lookout for a talented Video Content Creator who can bring our stories to life through engaging and informative videos. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire video production process—from brainstorming ideas and scripting to filming and editing. Your work will help convey our brand message and connect with our audiences across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and scripts for video content that aligns with our brand strategy and marketing goals.
• Plan and organize shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, and equipment setup.
• Film high-quality video content, ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and composition.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final products using video editing software.
• Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance the overall impact of the videos.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure video content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in video marketing and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Analyze the performance of video content and adapt strategies based on audience engagement and feedback.

• Proven experience in video content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to present complex information in an engaging and digestible format.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
