• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Proficiency in English is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or travel industry, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with customer service software and online communication tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
