• Provide information about policies, procedures, and company updates.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our system for future reference.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experiences and streamline processes.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the financial services sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
