Social Media & Content Lead

We are seeking a Social Media & Content Lead to help us redefine the music industry. The company has invented a new technology to produce on-demand vinyl records and built a web platform for music creators to create and sell their products worldwide via our store at zero cost. We are working with the leading record labels, streaming services, digital service providers, distributors, and iconic global artists who are keen to partner with us to build a global solution for physical media. But most of all, we would also like to give small artists and artists at the beginning of their careers frictionless access to offer vinyl and CD to their fans via our innovative solution and planned production/fulfilment centres in Europe, USA and Asia.

The vinyl market has been growing on average more than 20% yearly over the last 16 years, and even CDs are growing for the first time in two decades. Over 30 million creators are releasing their music online today, and they are growing 30% a year. They represent the fastest-growing music segment. Most of them would like to have their music on vinyl or CD for their friends & family and especially their fans. elasticStage will provide them with easy and affordable access via its unique and scalable on-demand tech.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Lead to drive the growth and engagement of elasticStage across social platforms. This role is perfect for a creative and strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of social media, community building, and influencer marketing. You’ll be responsible for owning and executing our multi-platform social strategy, crafting engaging content, and fostering a thriving artist and fan community. From trend-driven campaigns and viral activations to influencer partnerships and UGC engagement, you’ll play a key role in amplifying our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Own & execute our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, and LinkedIn to grow awareness and artist sign-ups.
  • Work closely with our in-house content creator to ensure engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with artists & fans.
  • Develop and execute campaigns that drive community engagement, UGC participation, and viral growth.
  • Monitor trends (social, music, vinyl culture) to keep elasticStage ahead of the curve.

Influencer & Partnership Management

  • Identify & build relationships with influencers/creators.
  • Manage & execute co-branded campaigns with artists, music brands, and key industry partners.
  • Oversee giveaways, contests, and viral activations that increase brand reach and credibility.

Community Growth & Engagement

  • Work with our Customer Service team to drive community management on social media, responding to artists, engaging with fans, and turning elasticStage into a thought leader in the industry.
  • Foster discussions in Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn and across wider social media to organically grow brand visibility.
  • Drive meme marketing and trend-driven content to fuel organic engagement.
  • Ensure social proof and case studies are a core part of the content strategy.

Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting across all channels.
  • Oversee video production, UGC campaigns, and repurposing content for different platforms.
  • Optimise posts for SEO & discoverability, ensuring long-term content growth.

Data-Driven Growth & Optimisation

  • Track & analyse performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and platform-native tools.
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs, using insights to evolve social strategy.

Qualifications:

  • A social-first marketer with 4+ years experience in social media, community management, or influencer marketing.
  • A content expert who understands artist culture, fan engagement, and how to make vinyl & CDs feel exciting online.
  • Strong experience in TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending content strategies.
  • Highly organised with a track record of growing engaged social communities.
  • Comfortable analysing social data, tracking KPIs, and optimising campaigns based on performance.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and always on top of the latest social trends.

Work Location 

  • Enjoy a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work from home, while spending at least 2 days a week in our vibrant Elstree office (WD6).
