Sales/Lead Generation Specialist - Part time

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our client's team, a leading moving company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships, providing tailored solutions, and closing sales efficiently. This role involves managing inbound inquiries, conducting estimates, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication:
    • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
    • Conduct virtual or in-person walkthroughs to assess customer needs and provide accurate moving estimates.
    • Actively listen to customers and address their questions and concerns professionally.
  2. Lead Management:
    • Qualify leads by understanding the scope of their moving needs, including distance, size, and timing.
    • Proactively follow up with leads and past customers to encourage repeat business.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  3. Sales & Quoting:
    • Prepare and present personalized moving quotes based on customer requirements.
    • Highlight the value of our services, emphasizing reliability, trained movers, and competitive pricing.
    • Offer additional services, such as packing, storage, or premium insurance, to enhance the customer’s experience.
  4. Objection Handling:
    • Address price concerns by explaining the added value and superior care provided by our company.
    • Offer flexible options, such as holding preferred dates for a limited time, to support decision-making.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure bookings are accurate and feasible.
    • Communicate any specific customer requirements or special instructions.

Performance Metrics:

  • Number of closed deals per month.
  • Lead-to-booking conversion rate.
  • Average revenue per booking.
  • Customer satisfaction scores (e.g., post-move surveys).
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Salary: $5 - $6 / hr

Part time: 20 hours / week
