This role involves managing inbound inquiries, conducting estimates, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Conduct virtual or in-person walkthroughs to assess customer needs and provide accurate moving estimates.
- Actively listen to customers and address their questions and concerns professionally.
- Lead Management:
- Qualify leads by understanding the scope of their moving needs, including distance, size, and timing.
- Proactively follow up with leads and past customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Sales & Quoting:
- Prepare and present personalized moving quotes based on customer requirements.
- Highlight the value of our services, emphasizing reliability, trained movers, and competitive pricing.
- Offer additional services, such as packing, storage, or premium insurance, to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Objection Handling:
- Address price concerns by explaining the added value and superior care provided by our company.
- Offer flexible options, such as holding preferred dates for a limited time, to support decision-making.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure bookings are accurate and feasible.
- Communicate any specific customer requirements or special instructions.

Salary: $5 - $6 / hr
