Job Summary
As a Sales Intern, you'll support our North American Retailers team by assisting with key sales functions, including reporting, forecasting, and auditing retailer websites. You'll also help maintain item setups and support the flawless execution of product launches at our retailers. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of retail sales and operations while helping us continue to build momentum and elevate our business. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team of two sales leaders, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Share Reporting: Assist with sales tracking and reporting, providing insights and observations to help the team make data-driven decisions.
- Forecasting Support: Get introduced to the forecasting process and assist in gathering and analyzing data for upcoming product projections.
- Retailer.com Auditing: Audit and enhance retailer.com sites to ensure product listings are optimized and up to date.
- Item and Display Set-Up: Assist in the seamless setup of new items and displays for product launches, ensuring alignment with retail standards.
- General Sales Support: Provide administrative and operational support as needed to help the team build stronger, more impactful sales strategies.
Requirements:
-Rising Junior/Senior & currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
-Must be available early June - late August for up to 40 hours/week.
-Must be able to commute to the LA office in a hybrid modality.
- Strong attention to detail, with a passion for learning and taking initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with syndicated data resources (such as Nielsen, IRI) is a plus.
- Retail experience or a strong interest in retail and sales operations.
- Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
