Job Title: Sales Development Representative

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and appointment setting. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, the ability to optimise campaigns, and strong knowledge of the US market. You will be working to establish and lead the US market outreach, and while working hours aren't set, the expectation is to work across the different time zone to accomodate. Previous experience with US market cold outreach is highy prefferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate 6-8 qualified meetings per month (Starting Target, with Potential to Increase)
- Conduct targeted outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage and qualify leads.
- Track and optimise outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and exceed targets.
- Manage 5-6 high-value clients, ensuring strong pipeline development
- Build and maintain strong relationships to align sales efforts with client needs.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to enhance client outcomes.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, email outreach, and cold calling
- Execute high-volume prospecting with personalised messaging for maximum engagement.
- Handle initial sales conversations, addressing objections and positioning solutions effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and optimise conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales leaders to enhance outreach scripts and sales strategies.
- Analyse prospect interactions and refine messaging based on performance data.
- Adapt quickly
- 1.5+ years of B2B or SaaS sales experience (appointment setting & lead generation)
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience in the US market (non-negotiable)
- Stable work history
- Ability to identify patterns and optimise campaigns for better results
