The Role
Engine Ventures is seeking a dynamic, technically adept, and entrepreneurial Sr Data Analyst to join our Research & Analytics (R&A) team. This role will focus on building tools and insights that inform our investment strategy and expand our capacity to identify emerging opportunities across the frontiers of science and engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise in data aggregation and analysis, an interdisciplinary mindset, and a deep curiosity about innovation and its commercial impact.
As part of the R&A team, you will lead efforts to gather and analyze large datasets, develop scalable tools, and create actionable insights for our investment team. You will play a critical role in helping Engine Ventures identify new areas of innovation, assess commercial viability, and support the early-stage founders driving these advancements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative, mission-driven environments and is excited about shaping data-driven decision-making in tough tech investing.
