Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the Web3, blockchain, or tech space.

- Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and crypto culture.

- Proven experience organizing and hosting online events (AMAs, live streams, etc.).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with community platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X.

- Creative thinker with a passion for building and nurturing online communities.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

- Located in or close to EMEA to meet the team's working hours.
