Sr Marketing Strategist (Remote- LATAM only)

Our client is a leading Digital Marketing Agency that focuses on helping small to midsize B2B and B2C companies succeed. They excel in providing top-tier services including digital marketing strategies, WordPress development, E-Commerce website development, expert graphic design, and Salesforce Implementation.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced marketer who is well-versed in marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO, and more. This position focuses on building digital marketing strategies for B2B & B2C clients, the selected candidate will deepen relationships with clients, focus on client retention, and work very closely with other specialists on the Digital Marketing Team.

What you will do:

• Grow and maintain assigned key client accounts and provide ongoing client support
• Establish & uphold marketing strategies across a variety of channels including but not limited to email, social media, SEO, paid ads, content marketing
• Create automated lead nurturing campaigns
• Develop, present, and execute marketing plans and brand strategies
• Creating and distributing content across a variety of channels for clients as well as managing content development by additional team members
• Understand and keep up to date on the latest marketing trends
• Lead internal and client-facing team meetings
• Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies
• Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments
• Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems
• Monitoring performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions
• Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing and presenting reports

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years experience as a marketing coordinator or similar
• Excellent English communication skills (client facing) 
• Experience managing project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or related)
• Extensive marketing experience through tactics like email, social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid ads
• Experience with Email Marketing Software (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or related)
  In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
• Successful candidates will have a proven track record that includes:
