About the role:
They are seeking an intermediate to senior-level Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of paid advertising campaigns, oversee performance marketing strategies, and interact directly with clients. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to contribute to and improve internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of new and existing accounts to assess performance and identify gaps.
- Build and rebuild campaign strategies to drive results.
- Implement, manage, and optimize Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Work with LinkedIn, Microsoft, and programmatic advertising as needed.
- Analyze data, develop trends, and adjust campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Engage in daily huddles and end-of-day reports.
- Collaborate with and mentor junior performance strategists.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to agency-wide AI strategy and strategic talent acquisition.
- Help measure and showcase the impact of our services for clients.
- 3+ years of experience in paid media, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic campaigns is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to build, optimize, and oversee multiple campaigns across different clients.
- Experience interacting with clients and reporting on campaign performance.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Growth-minded and eager to continuously improve systems and processes.
- Experience leading teams is a plus, with the potential to grow into a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with web development (WordPress), SEO, and social media marketing is a plus.
