The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Account Project Manager to manage client relationships and oversee website strategy projects. You will act as the central point of communication for both the clients and the internal team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, process adherence, and timely delivery of results. Your role will involve supporting the team, coordinating multiple projects, and driving organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for a 6-person squad, overseeing up to 35 client accounts.
• Manage project workflows and communication with clients via Zoom, email, Basecamp, and Slack.
• Support website strategists with tasks such as content population and website strategy.
• Ensure project deliverables stay on track, adhering to established deadlines.
• Champion ClickUp usage within the team and improve processes for greater efficiency.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, rescheduling as needed, and managing travel bookings.
• Follow established processes for client onboarding, account management, and CRM record maintenance.
• Monitor client calls for process adherence and provide actionable feedback to the team.
• Take on tasks that free up capacity for team members to focus on coaching and high-level activities.

• Project Management Skills: Proven experience with ClickUp and other project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Scrum.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, and basic website management.
• Experience: 2-3 years in project management and website strategy, with a background in small business environments.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to interact confidently with clients.

• Technical Skills: Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, web copywriting, and digital marketing fundamentals.

• Location: Fully remote
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
• Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 monthly
