Software Support-Technical Analyst

Euronet Software Solutions (Euronet USA, LLC), a subsidiary of Euronet, is dedicated to advancing payment technologies for our global operations. We're looking for a Software Application Technical Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Role Overview: As a Software Application Technical Analyst, you'll provide top-notch support for our software applications, addressing customer inquiries and issues. You'll specialize in a specific line of Euronet products, working under general supervision. This role requires in-depth knowledge of transaction processing and Euronet products. Flexibility is key, as you'll need to handle weekend rotations, second-shift assignments, and after-hours support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Offer comprehensive software application support.
  • Programming: Perform programming tasks to meet specifications.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for employees and customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze customer information to identify and resolve issues.
  • System Configuration: Set parameters, verify system flow, and resolve configuration issues.
  • Testing: Conduct system testing to validate results.
  • Escalation Point: Handle complex customer issues.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare correspondence and gather information for management.
  • Collaboration: Work with other employees and customers to achieve objectives.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field, or 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Strong programming, analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, training, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years with AS/400 or iSeries platform and OS/400 operating system.
    • 2+ years in computer programming (CL, RPG, RPGLE, Java/SQL).
    • 2+ years in banking, specifically in card services and ATM processes.
    • 2+ years in project management.
