The Event Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution of all field marketing initiatives including conferences, trade shows, partner events, and bespoke events. Through close collaboration with Sales and Marketing, this high-impact, revenue-focused role will drive event strategies that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.
What You Will Accomplish:- End-to-End Event Execution: Manage event deliverables from start to finish including budget development, sponsor relations, marketing materials, staffing, on-site set-up and logistics, and post event reporting.
- Campaign Management: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including copywriting, creative direction, audience targeting, sales enablement, and pipeline tracking.
- Sales Alignment: Align marketing efforts to revenue goals by understanding our sales cycle, building better processes, and effectively partnering with the Sales team.
- Exceptional Experiences: Create engaging experiences and maintain a cohesive brand presence and across all booth design, social events, branded collateral, and digital assets.
- Scale Events Strategy: Continuously refine event planning and execution processes to scale events more efficiently and enhance their impact.
What We Are Looking For:- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities on time, within budget, and with limited resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence decisions and align cross-functional teams.
- Multi-channel marketing experience with the ability to develop comprehensive campaigns that maximize event ROI beyond logistics and day-of execution.
- A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to use data and feedback to improve processes and drive strategy.
- Willingness to travel to various locations for events; up to 30%, including some weekends.
You Will Thrive in This Role if You Have:- 5+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
