As the People Operations Specialist, you will interact regularly with other People functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Legal. Every employee that joins Everlane is your client and customer. This position is a great opportunity to execute People Operations processes and services for our organization. 

This is a full-time role based at our San Francisco office location in the Mission neighborhood on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This person will report to our Director of HRBP and People Operations.

Your day-to-day:

  • You will partner closely with all People functions to execute operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience and data integrity. 
  • You will review people tools and platforms and find ways to simplify and improve processes.
  • You will partner with vendors of all people platforms and continuously find ways to improve the functionality of the systems, bridging the gap between both internal and external desired outcomes.
  • You will participate in system testing tied to new programs, systems, or process rollouts.
  • You will support reporting, auditing, and inputting data initiatives, leveraging data to provide insight into opportunities based on your findings.
  • You will document, maintain, and communicate core People Operations processes to stakeholders, managers, and employees.
  • You will identify and support process improvement efforts, leveraging systems and tools to automate and eliminate manual work where possible.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, operations, benefits administration, or generalist roles.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP, Zendesk, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • A passion for prioritizing people first.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • High ethical standards with demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • A client service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and organization.

California resident:  At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The compensation range for this role is $28.00-$40.50. This range is based on the San Francisco geographic area and the actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
