With over $100M in revenue, we’re expanding into food service and are looking for a Director of Food Service Sales to lead our charge in this critical growth channel.

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food Service Sales to spearhead our expansion into cafes, restaurants, hotels, corporate offices, and other food service channels. This role will be instrumental in building and executing a sales strategy that drives Everyday Dose’s presence in high-volume, high-visibility locations. You will own the go-to-market strategy, establish key partnerships, and drive revenue growth in this channel. If you have deep industry connections and a proven track record of scaling food service sales for a premium CPG brand, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive Everyday Dose’s growth in food service accounts, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, corporate offices, and wellness centers.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and purchasing managers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and close, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Build and lead a high-performing food service sales team as we scale.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales materials, promotions, and activation strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance, providing regular reports to leadership.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless supply chain and fulfillment for food service partners.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sales experience in the food service industry, preferably in CPG, coffee, or functional beverages.
  • Established network of food service buyers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Demonstrated success in securing and growing national and regional food service accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a new sales channel from the ground up.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
