Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Why this role

As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on recruiter, playing a pivotal role in scaling our high-performing teams. You will lead and develop a team of recruiters while also managing your own requisition load, focusing on sourcing and attracting top-tier and diverse talent. You’ll be an advocate for an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring that our hiring processes reflect our values and culture.

We’re looking for someone with deep experience in technical recruiting and an extra plus if you have high-volume recruiting experience. Your expertise in building strong relationships with hiring managers and driving employer branding initiatives will be instrumental in shaping our employee value proposition.

What you’ll do

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Evolve’s growth goals, core values and culture.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters, fostering their development and ensuring they achieve hiring goals.
  • Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and forecast talent demands.
  • Build strategies to attract diverse talent, ensuring our hiring practices reflect our commitment to equity and inclusion.
  • Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top-tier candidates across various functions, including technical roles.

Hands-On Recruiting

  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions, including technical, leadership, inside sales and/or Owner/Guest support hiring needs.
  • Source and engage top talent using innovative tools, techniques, and outreach strategies.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for Evolve’s culture and values throughout the hiring process.

Employer Brand & EVP Development

  • Collaborate with marketing and People teams to strengthen Evolve’s employment brand and articulate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Design initiatives to showcase Evolve as an employer of choice, including campaigns, social media content, and participation in events.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to position Evolve competitively in the talent marketplace.

Performance Optimization

  • Establish strong partnerships with leaders across the organization to deeply understand hiring needs and provide consultative talent acquisition support.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, using data to optimize processes and ensure the team meets hiring goals.
  • Implement best practices and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Leverage metrics and insights to continuously optimize our recruiting processes and improve efficiency.

What makes you a great fit 

  • Proven Experience: 8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Strong background in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top talent, particularly in technical roles.
  • High-Volume Recruiting: Experience in volume hiring is a plus.
  • Strategic & Tactical: Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Champion: Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring
  • Exceptional Relationship Builder: Adept at partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive hiring success.
  • Candidate Experience Expert: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering a stellar candidate experience.
  • Employer Brand Enthusiast: Experience in employment branding, recruitment marketing, and enhancing candidate experience.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze recruiting data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and  sourcing tools. (Greenhouse preferred)

Location 

All Evolve team members must live in one of our approved locations by their first day. We can hire from anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii. Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington. Compensation

Annual base salary range: $141,000 - $184,000, depending on relevant experience.  This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
