Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Systems, the Manager, Talent Systems is the owner of Red Bull North America's (RBNA) Talent Platforms including Learning and Development, Talent Rewards and Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Data Management. You will help employees and internal partners by improving user experience and increasing efficiency with our Talent Systems.
SYSTEMS OWNERSHIP
· Create a roadmap/strategy for Red Bull North America’s Talent Systems, highlighting capabilities needed and system solutions to close gaps.
· Serve as the North American subject matter expert for all Talent System Platforms.
· Oversee and implement configuration changes and effectively communicate and train users
· Understand market trends and advancements and how they are relevant to the company.
· Build business cases and identify innovative new technology that Red Bull North America can leverage to help make processes more efficient.
SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
· Lead all phases of local implementations for new platforms or modules
· Maintain detailed project documentation from initiation to closing
· Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables
· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
· Organize detailed testing to ensure requirements are met
· Coordinate and deliver communication, training, and change management
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & PARTNERSHIPS
· Partner with global HR, HRIS, and IT teams to recommend and implement enhancements to global platforms
· Partner with local Talent and Internal partners to identify challenges and use technology to improve employee experience
· Collaborate with local IT team on Requests For Information (RFI) process and market research for new solutions in support of Talent needs for core systems.
· Collaborate with local Legal team for ensuring best practices in data security across core systems.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
· Develop and own communication strategy and cadence with local vendors
· Understand and establish escalation process for multiple vendors
· Proactively find improvements by reviewing product documentation and customer forums
· Work with vendors to influence and prioritize system enhancements that benefit Red Bull North America
· Evaluate vendor performance and scan the market for alternatives if necessary
SYSTEMS MAINTENTANCE & SUPPORT
· Serve as the main support contact for all Red Bull North America’s Talent System Applications
· Create a clear and consistent local processes for recurring support requests
· Ensure service guidelines are followed and keep multiple ticketing platforms up to date
· Monitor interfaces to ensure errors and bugs are resolved promptly
· Maintain system documentation, user guides, job aides and FAQs
· Develop training to onboard new Talent team members and keep current team members up to speed
5+ years of HRIS project and implementation experience
History of leveraging HR technology to create efficient business solutions
Proven experience supporting enterprise system integrations
Track record of successful technical project management
Understanding of technology vendor selection and management
Knowledge of end-user support best practices
Experience with Core HCM and Talent Applications highly preferred
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors highly preferred · Communication and presentation skills
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $109,000-$120,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
