Role Overview

Dentons is currently recruiting a Talent Sourcer to support our Recruitment function and its team members. This position will be key in attracting suitable and diverse talent for various business functions. We offer 12-month contract.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to develop sourcing strategies for different hiring markets.
• Experiment new ways of building talent pipeline
• Source talent using a variety of tools
• Nurture, attract and engage passive candidates
• Pro-actively build talent and market mapping for critical areas of expertise.
• Work closely with hiring managers to craft close match pro-active talent identification
• Share data on the candidate market trends
• Partner with the wider Talent team to craft a scalable talent pipeline, discuss potential retention risk areas; and always aim to be 'ahead of the game', positively contributing to our time to fill on open positions
• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, ensuring all parties have the necessary information while demonstrating an awareness of different time zones
• Conduct initial screening and selection of candidates
• Maintain and update data in the ATS and other systems to ensure accurate reporting and metrics
• Participate in additional recruiting initiatives to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience
  

About You

The successful candidate for this role will have:

• 1+ years of sourcing experience in a fast pace environment
• Highly innovative sourcing skills (Social media, deep search etc.)
• Passion for finding the best talent
• A creative mind with an eye on Inclusion and Diversity
• Capacity to work on tight timeframes, with the skills to balance priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive nature for keeping team members and stakeholders up to date
• Fluent in Boolean search across a wide range of platforms and tools
• Familiar with using an ATS and LinkedIn
