Purpose of the Role:
The HR Project Manager at Nido Living is responsible for driving all strategic HR projects from initiation to execution. This role focuses on delivering HR initiatives that optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support the overall HR strategy. The HR Project Manager will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders across the business to ensure successful project implementation.
Responsibilities:
HR Project Execution & Strategy:
- Lead and execute HR projects, ensuring alignment with the overall business and HR strategy.
- Act as a central driver for HR initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to implement HR solutions that drive organizational success.
Organizational Design & HR Process Optimization:
- Manage projects related to organizational design, policy development, and HR process enhancements.
- Assess current HR structures, recommend improvements, and drive implementation.
- Ensure policies, procedures, and frameworks align with best practices and legal requirements.
HR Systems & Tooling Optimization:
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HRIS, LMS, and other HR technology solutions.
- Identify system improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline HR operations.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors for smooth system integrations and upgrades.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives:
- Drive DEI projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with Nido Living’s values.
- Implement policies and programs that foster an inclusive workplace.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure DEI strategies are embedded in HR practices.
Payroll & Compliance Projects:
- Support payroll process improvements and compliance with European payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to optimize payroll-related procedures.
- Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws across multiple European countries.
Employee Engagement & EVP:
- Develop and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Develop & support the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) strategy and communication.
- Implement internal communication initiatives that promote HR programs and company values.
Talent Management
- Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Establish structured career development programs that provide employees with growth opportunities, skill-building initiatives, and clear progression pathways.
- Develop and optimize onboarding experiences that integrate new hires effectively, ensuring engagement and productivity from day one.
- Create and roll out leadership development initiatives that identify, nurture, and empower future leaders within Nido Living.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of HR experience, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong experience in HR project management, HR process optimization, technology implementation and employment law.
- Experience working across Iberia, Germany and the NL and strong employment law knowledge within those countries
- Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance, and organizational design.
- Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, LMS, payroll tools); experience with HiBob is preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus but not required.
- Based in the Netherlands.
