Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Office Operations. In this role, you will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration. You will also help ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a productive and engaging work environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about HR in a fast-paced, mission-driven company.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations efforts by handling basic queries and assisting in performance evaluation processes.
- Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives.
- Assist in managing office supplies and vendor coordination to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support operational management systems and processes to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Help plan and coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and team-building initiatives.
- Provide administrative support and handle day-to-day operational tasks.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh MBA grads are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within HR.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
