Junior Internal Recruiter

Joining as a Junior Internal Recruiter, you'll be part of ITG's exciting continued growth and will help us in sourcing and hiring top talent across the globe.

Joining our established in-house talent team, the Junior Internal Recruiter will have the opportunity to develop and expand your skillset in a kind and dynamic working environment. Our team of Recruiters / Talent Partners will be on hand to support and guide you with becoming a brilliant recruiter. You will be given the opportunity to work on a diverse range of live requirements across our Services team. You’ll take pride in delivering above and beyond expectations ensuring both internal stakeholders and candidates receive an fantastic experience.

Initially, and once trained with our processes, you will take on more entry level roles across the company such as Account Executives, Graduates and Customer Support positions, before progressing onto more complex requirements.

Ideally, you will have some exposure to recruitment or HR, although we are more interested in hiring someone with a kind, positive attitude who has a desire to develop a career in Talent Acquisition.

This is a hybrid position based at our stunning Birmingham HQ at Fort Dunlop.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, guide and organise candidates through the hiring process from start to finish across entry level requirements
  • Guide hiring teams through the approval and recruitment process
  • Pro-actively source the best talent available in the market
  • Promote ITG’s values to prospective applicants, ensuring you create a positive candidate experience
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders
  • Guide candidates through their interview journey with ITG
  • Manage and negotiate offers
  • Accurately input data into our ATS (Workable)
  • You have gained a minimum of 12 month’s work experience, where you have demonstrated an ability to prioritise your workload effectively. This could be in an administrative, sales, HR or recruitment role.
  • You have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must
  • You have the ability to work at a pace with the ability to be self-motivated
  • You have a customer-service mindset, being passionate about the delivery of quality candidates, striving to do this 100% of the time
  • You are passionate about ensuring all candidates receive a first-class experience
  • IT literate, with an ability to learn new systems / platforms
