Job description
Experian is looking for an attorney to join the team building the new high-growth FSD division. Our new team member may work remotely or, if desired, in a local Experian office and has experience with learning, both as a lawyer and more as a business professional.
You have experience drafting, negotiating, remediating, and building complex agreements for clients in employer services or multiple industries and public sectors, including telecom, financial services, FinTech, and technology. You have your chance to negotiate contracts directly with Experian's business clients, requiring in-depth work with and understanding of agreements for multiple products and services, including employer services, SaaS, licensed software, consulting, and professional services. The agreements are varied and may include professional services agreements, RFPs, RFQs, NDAs, evaluation agreements, standard terms and conditions, service level agreements, and master services agreements. The right attorney for this position values customer service and sincerely wants to help. Our new team member may work remotely or, if desired, in a local Experian office and has a passion for learning, both as a lawyer and more as a business professional. As an Associate Corporate Counsel, you will report to the Sr. Commercial Contracts Manager.
