Intern Marketer
You will be working directly with the Global and BNL Marketing team and will be focused on copywriting and building a content strategy for different channels in order to engage and retain customers. Working on a wide range of projects and collaborating with different people across the company is what we are looking for. The content and stories you create will be seen and heard by a large audience on social media, CRM, and marketing stunts out of the box.
Additionally, you will be part of an international team, as we recently became part of Cooltra Group, positioning ourselves as European leaders, with our HQ also in Barcelona.
Your tasks
• Assisting in the coordination of global and local marketing initiatives: promotions, events, local activations, influencer partnerships...
• Identify new content ideas to increase the engagement or retention rate
• Analyse and evaluate relevant KPI’s of content and marketing channels for a constant optimization
• Your content will be visible across many channels, such as email, website, social media, paid ads
• Partner with our internal creative team in Spain to plan, co-create and execute amazing campaigns
• Manage stakeholders (e.g. photographers and agencies) and build relationships
• Conduct A/B (and segmentation) tests that enhance marketing effectiveness that allow felyx to identify best marketing practices within each customer life cycle segment
• Supporting various areas of the marketing team, including content creation and strategy
• Writing and localizing copy for campaigns, ensuring relevance across markets

That's you...
• Passionate about the marketing field, with a solid understanding of creating and executing effective content strategies.
• Currently pursuing a university or bachelor’s degree in media design, communication, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Spanish is a plus!
• You are available for 5 days a week (40-hrs)
• You are available from February
• Are curious and self-starting - you seek to take up and start new projects
• Are able to convert data into high value business decisions - you have a data driven mindset
• Are a critical thinker - use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Affinity with copy (-writing)
