FleetFox is an asset-light managed marketplace, active in 11 cities across 6 EU countries, servicing car-sharing, delivery, utility, and other B2B fleets. Driven by our technology, we’re saving clients 35-60% on their fleet ops, and streamlining their operations on scale.

We are looking for an experienced Supply Operations Manager to build and scale our global supply base (Foxes) — the teams on the streets providing the fleet services using FleetFox technology. This high-impact role will report directly to the COO and is crucial in shaping the supply lifecycle, performance, and experience across 6 countries.

🌟 YOUR MISSION

1. Build & Optimise the Supply Lifecycle:

• Design and improve Fox onboarding systems to ensure compliance with KYC and legal regulations.
• Create scalable processes for managing supply levels in 11 cities across 6 countries.
• Optimise incentive systems and communication channels to enhance Fox experience and retention.

2. Drive Fox Performance & Engagement:

• Develop systems to monitor and improve Fox efficiency and service quality.
• Identify and implement data-driven solutions to boost Fox productivity and satisfaction.
• Innovate retention strategies to ensure long-term supply stability.

3. Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, and Legal) to align supply-side strategies with FleetFox’s growth goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor practices to refine supply management practices.

4. Operational Excellence:

• Monitor KPIs for supply performance and support, identifying gaps and executing improvements.
• Oversee the smooth execution of service-level agreements (SLAs) with customers through effective supply-side management.

• Industry Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Mobility, Gig-Work, Marketplace, or Logistics sectors, with a focus on supply-side operations.
• Operational Mindset: A track record of building scalable systems to manage contractors, gig workers, employees, or supply chains.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of supply-side engagement and its impact on customer success.
• Leadership Skills: Experience collaborating across teams and motivating contractors or partners to deliver top performance.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with KYC and legal regulations for onboarding and managing contractors/employees is a plus.
