The National Accounts Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the National Accounts team, Sales Operations and other company functions through detailed analytics, projects associated with RFIs/RFPs, pricing, contracting, GPOs and other assigned duties within ForTec.  This role is central to the National Accounts Program as this individual will be the hub of information flow within the team!

Essential functions of this position include:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles for National healthcare sysems, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).  
• Prepare detailed sales reports, financial analyses and performance dashboards for senior management
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to national account performance
• Manipulate and analyze data to provide detailed reports to managers and directors on the Company's business and how changes to pricing, strategy, and volumes (financial modeling) impact business
• With the use of Power BI and other sources of internal information, provide detailed analytics and financial reporting formats to be used in presentations
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and competitive bid responses
• Manage several ongoing requests with a high degree of detail and process orientation and sense of urgency
• Collaborate with internal team members to manage parent/child relationships in CRM and work to keep corporate contacts up to date with NAM 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience supporting C & D level decision makers, preparing analytics and statements, organizing data for decision-makers
• Experience working in a Medical Device/MedTech company as well as familiarity with GPOs, IDNs, RPCs preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.  Advanced and proven Excel skills including but not limited to expertise in vLookUp, hLookUp, WhatIf, and Pivot tables
• Strong analytical skills to assess, and manipulate, and quantify data
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in following processes
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player who wants to be on a high-impact and winning team
• Effective in meeting deadlines and follow through, prioritizing workload, and communicating to the team and manager regarding timelines
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
