This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage IT support requests. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a dispatch role, preferably within an IT environment, and possess a strong understanding of IT support processes and terminology. They will be responsible for receiving and prioritizing service requests, dispatching technicians, and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues while maintaining excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

● Proficiency in using IT systems for tracking and managing support tickets.
Duties/Tasks to Perform:
● Receive and log IT service requests and incidents, ensuring accurate recording of details and prioritization.
● Dispatch IT technicians to address user issues, monitor their routes and progress, and ensure timely resolution of IT problems.
● Maintain and update the status of incidents and service requests in the IT management system.
● Communicate effectively with IT staff and other departments to coordinate IT support and project activities.
● Assist in troubleshooting basic IT issues over the phone or via remote access, providing initial guidance and support to users.
● Manage the IT support schedule, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to service level agreements (Ss).
Schedule: Monday to Friday. 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (GMT -5-00) Eastern Time.
