As a Sales Development Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for both existing and potential clients. The role will involve making 100-120 outbound calls daily, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings with Account Executives. You will also maintain an organized sales pipeline and refine lead-generation strategies. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients, while demonstrating the value of our IT services.
Duties/Tasks to Perform:
- Make 100-120 outbound calls to potential clients
- Qualify 10-15 leads per week
- Set up 5-7 meetings per week for Account Executives
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Provide feedback to refine lead-generation strategies
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 35 qualified appointments per month that sit
- 100-150 dials per day
- Meticulously follow processes, scripts, and procedures
- Flawlessly complete all responsibilities outlined on your scorecard
- Proven success in a sales role (SDR/BDR or similar)
- Experience using CRM tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust
- Passion for IT services and communicating their value
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
