Frontify’s brand platform transforms how teams organize digital assets, collaborate on projects, and create engaging campaigns. Our people empower thousands of marketers and designers — including teams at Uber, Microsoft, Volkswagen, and Telefónica — to build engaging brands.

With headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City, we share a vibrant culture built on creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and joy. And we’re on the lookout for new team members to share our vision. If you’re ready for a brand-new adventure, keep reading!

Your team

We’re the team responsible for everything finance related; we plan, organise, audit, account, and control all finances - and you will too. Our sub teams, accounting, billing, and controlling, might be small, but we have a large impact on Frontify - we handle the money after all. We are a smart and driven bunch, and we come together in a collaborative manner to always ensure Frontify is ready for its next steps.

Your mission

As Frontify’s Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving clarity and confidence in financial decision-making through accurate, timely, and insightful analysis. Acting as a trusted partner to business leaders, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. You’ll help safeguard the company’s financial health while identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and increased efficiency.

Your responsibilities
  • You’ll conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and performance metrics.
  • You’ll create financial models to assess the impact of business initiatives, market trends, or investment opportunities.
  • You’ll monitor key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • You’ll support the finance team with ad hoc financial analysis requests and special projects as needed.
  • You’ll assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget and monthly/quarterly financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • You’ll prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights on financial performance to stakeholders.
  • You’ll gather, organize, and analyze large datasets from various financial systems to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • You’ll analyze and monitor costs to provide insights into potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • You’ll work with cross-functional teams, including accounting, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment on financial goals and performance tracking.

Your story
  • You’re able to work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland but feel comfortable and excited to come to our St Gallen office every now and again.
  • You have 4+ years of experience in FP&A / Controlling, Financial Consultancy, or in another relevant field, ideally in the tech/SaaS industry.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g. CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • You’ve previously worked in FP&A / Finance and bring a solid understanding of key financial concepts such as financial statements and business KPIs. SaaS metrics are a plus.
  • You possess a keen eye for detail, and excellent analytical and modelling skills, quantitative/qualitative research, and statistics.
  • You bring hands-on experience working with analytical and planning tools (e.g. Google sheet, Excel, Pigment, Adaptive Insights), financial software (e.g. Netsuite), and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Thoughtspot).
  • You enjoy taking ownership and working with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward that achieve meaningful results.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and hold a strong ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • You speak English fluently, and fluency in German is a plus.
