We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Video Producer to join our EMEA Video Assignment team with a passion for creativity, leadership, and delivering outstanding video content. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced video producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses outstanding organisational abilities.


As Senior Video Producer, you will oversee the full video production process, from initial concept to final delivery. You’ll manage multiple video projects of varying scope and scale, leading teams of producers, videographers & editors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, creatives, and global teams.


Your Next Challenge:
  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee and manage the production of commercial video projects, from ideation through post-production, ensuring each project meets client expectations, within budget.
  • Team Coordination & Collaboration: Lead and coordinate schedules, workflows, and resources, collaborating closely with the sales & production teams to ensure seamless project execution. Work alongside editorial teams across news, sports, and entertainment to identify opportunities, create content, and drive revenue. Provide direction to freelance crews and ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Client and Budget Management: Act as the key point of contact for clients, handling budgets, contracts, invoicing, and project delivery.
  • Asset Management: Ensure smooth delivery of all footage, assets, and creative materials.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and delivering on their needs. Proactively identify new opportunities for creative and editorial video projects.


What You'll Need:
  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years of relevant experience in video production, preferably within branded content, social media content or simular. Experience with event content with Entertainment experience advantageous.
  • Project Management Excellence: In-depth knowledge of production processes, from concept development to post-production. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within client budgets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of video production, editing software, file formats, and delivery methods. Familiarity with social media platforms and their various formats.
  • Organisation: Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail, able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, time zones, and with external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, depending on production schedules and events.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desirable.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tech, including file upload systems, video cameras, editing tools, and project management software (desired knowledge of Salesforce).
