The Sales Operations Support Specialist enters data from various sources into systems for processing and order management, and provides general project support to the Sales Operations and Sales Key Accounts teams.
The position requires a self-directed individual who takes pride in delivering high quality service and support to customers and our internal teams, works well under pressure and deadlines, manages multiple priorities while managing important routines, maintains focus and flexibility during times of shifting priorities and change, has a relentless eye for detail in all aspects of the job, maintains discretion and professional judgment in business interactions, and proactively tackles and solves problems in a collaborative spirit.
Education and Experience
· 1 to 2 years’ related experience in sales operations or customer support. Experience in the apparel industry or a similar related environment preferred
Technical Skills and Experience
· Proficient with MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required
· Experience with ERP, B2B, and CRM systems highly preferred. Ideally SAP Business by Design, NuOrder, and/or HubSpot.
· First-rate customer service skills
· Proficient internet skills (searching, navigating)
Travel/Schedule Requirements
· Hybrid role, currently 2 days at headquarters. Subject to change per company policy.
· Must be able to work regular schedule Monday-Friday (48 hours/week) plus be willing and available to work overtime occasionally, sometimes weekends
Occasional travel to USA to attend in person meetings at Headquarters (Vista, CA), attend sales meetings, potentially other travel in the future. Visa required.
