A Little More About The Job:
We’re looking for a Revenue & Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team. The Revenue & Reporting Lead is responsible for leading the monthly revenue and financial operations reporting processes for Gravie and will report to the Revenue Accounting Reporting Manager. The Revenue Reporting lead has strong knowledge of the revenue cycle from invoicing through recording in the general ledger and ultimate reporting, as well as the ability to develop financial and operational reporting for distribution to management. This role also involves interpreting and analyzing accounting data and financial reports and recommending action.
You will:
· Lead the monthly revenue reporting process to ensure timely and accurate proper revenue recognition.
· Support the monthly Comfort invoicing process.
· Ensure timely and accurate tracking of premium revenue throughout Gravie’s bank accounts.
· Develop new and/or improving on existing revenue reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency.
· Build and maintain a monthly financial operations reporting dashboard to assist leadership in understanding department performance.
· Proactively identify areas for improvement within the revenue team and partner with manager and Controller to implement improvements.
· Design and implement controls to strengthen the integrity and prevent or detect errors in our revenue and financial operations processes.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, implementation and operations to streamline Gravie’s end-to-end processes.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for account management, providing support in resolving invoice inquiries and ensuring accurate adjustments.
· Provide training to other members of the revenue team.
· Participate in systems implementations that impact revenue functions.
· Other job duties as assigned.
You bring:
· 3 years of relevant experience working in a billing or accounts receivable environment
· Organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Energetic, positive, and self-motivated attitude
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Extra credit:
· Experience with health insurance companies.
· Experience with the claims system Javelina.
· Experience with NetSuite.

The salary range for this position is $56,300 - $93,800 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
