As our Commercial Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping to implement and execute an account retention plan focusing on driving high renewal rates and client engagement, in-line with GWI’s growth strategy across your book of business. Working with your dedicated set of clients, you will own, promote, and manage relationships with GWI users and decision-makers to ensure they are obtaining maximum value by realizing the full potential of GWI’s product offering, this involves managing the entire renewal process to ensure high retention rates across an account portfolio while identifying opportunities for growth and collaborating with Hybrid Account Executives to strategize and win them.
It requires working closely with customers to help them achieve business goals through GWI products, driving satisfaction and retention by tracking KPIs like churn, retention rate, and NPS. Key responsibilities include exceptional onboarding, product training, best-in-class support via various channels, and creating success plans to combat churn and support revenue growth. The role also involves crafting training materials, collaborating with internal teams to channel feedback, ensuring superior account engagement through usage analysis, supporting marketing efforts with case studies/testimonials, overseeing account administration, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
