Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are effectively addressed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with electronics products and technology is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
