Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Sales Calls:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.
- Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Outside Sales Support:
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Assist in preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing follow-ups.
- Marketing Plan Execution:
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials.
- Trade Show Assistance:
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent the company.
- Set up and manage trade show booths and interact with prospective clients.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Assist in various administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing departments.
- Other Duties as Assigned:
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the team’s success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.
