HealPros works with Health Insurance Plans to help them find and address critical health issues faced by their member population. Our team primarily serves aging members who have one or more chronic condition and helps them access the care they need, in a way that is most convenient for them – whether in their homes, remotely or in their communities.

HealPros is looking for a passionate Training and Development Specialist to spearhead the evolution of HealPros University, our comprehensive learning facility, designed to empower our team and expand access to care for those in need.

• Design and deliver engaging live training sessions tailored to diverse roles
• Create a robust library of high-quality, on-demand training materials
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs
• Develop visually appealing training content in partnership with our Marketing & Communications team
• Evaluate and refine training initiatives for maximum impact
• Leverage modern learning management systems to streamline access to resources
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and requirements
• Provide strategic insights on workforce development trends and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in training and development, including live facilitation and e-learning content creation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong instructional design skills and expertise in adult learning principles
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities and passion for fostering growth in others
• Medical/healthcare experience preferred, but not required
