We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to manage and ensure the accuracy of HR-related data across the organization. The role involves executing HR processes, maintaining data integrity, and optimizing HR systems.
- Manage the end-to-end HR data lifecycle, including employee information, payroll, benefits, and performance records.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across HR systems (HRIS).
- Support system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to improve data management.
- Generate reports on HR metrics (headcount, turnover, payroll, compliance).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll teams for seamless data integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR data management and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, data tools).
- Knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and system optimization.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
