Your experience: Tech-savvy with experience using a CRM (i.e., Hubspot) is preferred. B2B sales management experience (both Inbound and Outbound sales experience preferred). Experience with sales leadership on a director level OR experience scaling an early-stage sales team from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Set sales targets and objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and actively support the Inbound and Outbound sales team, including taking sales calls and closing deals when needed.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics📊 .
- Collaboratively develop sales strategies and supplemental materials (SOPs, how-to guides, sales scripts, training decks, etc) and ensure their implementation.
- Lead by example - actively participate in sales calls and prospecting efforts while coaching the team to success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the support of research, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions🤝.
- Collaborate with internal teams (i.e., product development and customer success) to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent Hi Rasmus at industry events and conferences.
- Oversee sales team growth by recruiting & hiring new team members.
- Lead sales training and onboarding for new sales team members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.
- Proven experience in sales management and/or expertise in scaling an early-stage startup sales team.
- Experience using sales tools/tech to create/execute engaging rep training.
- Preferred: Experience building sales reports for relevant tracking/reporting on sales progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Available for occasional travel ✈️ to connect in person at industry conferences.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or behavioral health industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Preferred: Experience and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis or other aligned therapies.
