We are looking for a motivated and results oriented Inside Sales professional to join our Health and Care division, playing a vital role in driving revenue growth through the identification, qualification, and nurturing of sales opportunities. This position focuses on promoting Civica’s innovative software solutions tailored for the health and care industry while contributing to our mission of transforming health and care through technology. 

As a member of the Inside Sales team, you will proactively identify and engage potential clients within the health and care sector through targeted outreach, ensuring alignment with Civica’s solutions and sales strategy. Managing a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce, you will follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads, maintaining timely and professional communication. By building strong relationships with key stakeholders, you will gain a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives, articulating the value and benefits of our solutions to meet their needs effectively. 

This role requires a commitment to achieving individual and team sales targets, while also supporting bid management activities to secure new business opportunities in collaboration with Business Development Managers. Accurate reporting and meticulous documentation in Salesforce will be essential, alongside providing insights into sales metrics, pipeline status, and client feedback. What you'll do to be successful in the role 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. 
  • A customer-first attitude, demonstrating empathy and a desire to help clients achieve their goals. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proven ability to present ideas clearly and confidently, tailoring messaging to the audience’s needs. 
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to meet sales targets. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce systems and sales tools. 
  • Genuine interest in developing a career in sales and account management within the health and care industry. 
  • A proactive mindset to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply). 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and client communication
